For nylon zippers, in addition to the similarities with injection molded zippers, the appearance requirements also depend on whether the teeth of the chain teeth are broken, which will affect the flat pulling strength of the zipper. Whether the position of the core wire and suture is appropriate, whether there is any reverse stitching of the chain teeth during suturing, and whether there is any reunion or needle skipping phenomenon; The suture should be sewn onto the core wire.
In addition to the similarities with plastic steel zippers, the feel of zippers should also be felt by touching the surface of the zipper teeth to see if they are smooth, with a normal feeling of smoothness without rough burrs. In addition to the common inspection items with plastic steel zippers, metal zippers also need to check whether the chain teeth and feet are broken, whether the edges of the tooth pits are cracked, and whether the chain teeth are arranged neatly.
